Souraya's Favorite Song !

My favourite song is from ‘The script’ it’s called ‘Man who can't be moved’. I heard it for the first time in my bedroom. I did not know this group before. I got to know this group with this song. I directly loved it. I love the lyrics and the melody.
I usually listen to this song when I’m alone. It gives me a lot of imagination.

It’s a beautiful song which talks about a boy who is in love with a girl but she went away. So, he went to the corner where he first met her and he can’t be moved until she comes back to him.
The Script is an Irish pop rock band from Dublin, Ireland. Based in London after signing to Sony Label Group imprint Phonogenic, the band released their self-entitled debut album in August 2008 and was released in the UK in 11 August. Dina's Favorite song !

Hello everybody !
Today I am going to let you discover my favorite song, I will explain you everything you should know about my song. First of all I choose a singer named Maher Zain , I’ve known him for a few weeks but I immediately liked him. The song I picked is called Always be there. This song touched me because he says everything what’s in my mind. He says that Allah is the only one who would always be there for us if we need him. I just have the same way to think that him, when none listen and there is no way to turn to somebody, he will always be there for you. Even if I listen to him the whole day I am never over this song, because the lyrics are so true that I can’t listen to something different than Maher zain.
I really admire him because he was a long time ago working with RedOne and he gave it up there to sing religious songs. So this song means a lot to me so I had to share it with all of you.
I hope you’ll appreciate it.
Peace and be grateful to god.

Kimberly's favorite song

Our latest assignment for English was to write a post on our Blog, talking about our favorite song...
First of all, Here’s the video clip and here you can find the lyrics to the song with the translation. So, I’m going to talk about the song “Ainvayi Ainvayi” from the Bollywood movie “Band Baaja Baaraat”. I choose this song because it’s a song I can listen to for hours without getting bored. And because I’m also a very BIG FAN of BOLLYWOOD. The song is about a boy (Bittoo Sharma) that tries to impress a girl (Shruti Kakkar), but she’s not interested, keeps her distances and distrusts him, because he’s kind of a player. She also don’t understand what’s suddenly happening with him because she says (translation of the lyrics):
"Stay away, you wretch, you Indian dish
Why don't you leave me alone and stop wandering around me.
I 'll get you back on the right way by hitting you,
with my sandal on the head.
You've turned into a Romeo without any permission."
In the video clip you can also see that he’s trying to impress her.
Extra information about Band Baaja Baaraat where the song is from: Band Baaja Baaraat (English: Wedding Music Band), also known by the abbreviated form BBB is a 2010 Indian feature film that marks the directing debut of Maneesh Sharma and stars Anushka Sharma and newcomer Ranveer Singh in the lead roles. Produced and distributed by Yash Raj Films, the film is a romantic comedy set around the world of wedding planning. It was released worldwide on December 10, 2010.

Sport; Rounders > Dina & Souraya

Rounders is an exciting batting and fielding game where the aim is to hit the ball and run round 4 bases to get a "rounder".
Rounders is also a sport played between two teams, each alternating between batting and fielding. It can be played by children and adults, and is currently the most popular sport for secondary school girls in Great Britain.
Adult teams can be made up of local village groups, friends, work colleagues, players from other sports looking for a summer game and young people who want to continue playing rounders after leaving school. The initial appeal is that rounders is fun to play, and doesn't involve buying a lot of very expensive equipment.
